Peperoncino

Peperoncino is Number 71's debut flavour. It is born from our family’s passion for chillies, and the warmth which they can bring to a meal. Peperoncino is a simple, yet powerful accompaniment to almost any dish. It can be used as a condiment, like mustard, or as a sauce ingredient to add spice and flavour, and to provide a certain “lift” to the dish. In our family we use it on pizzas, in sandwiches, on pasta dishes, and with curries. 

Every day we are presented with a new idea of how this versatile sauce can be deployed to enhance a great meal!
